All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all nail products are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Nail tips or press-on nails

  • Acrylic or builder products

  • Nail tools or accessories

  • Nail art items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
